The academic conference “History and Culture of Darkhan: Past, Present, and Future” has been jointly organized by the Institute of History and Archaeology, the Mongolian National University, the Department of Culture and Arts, the Institute of Cultural Heritage, the Institute of Regional Studies, and the Cultural Palace of Darkhan-Uul Province to commemorate the centennial anniversary of the establishment of the Museum of Natural History and the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Darkhan Museum.

Esteemed scholars and researchers from Darkhan and beyond, including academician L. Bold, Ph.D. H. Munkhbayar, B. Ochir from the USA, and researcher G. Erkhembaatar, are participating in this conference to discuss various aspects of the history, culture, and heritage of Darkhan-Uul Province, shedding light on the outcomes of their academic research and aiming to present detailed insights to the public.
