Operational Objectives:

3. To develop and implement new policies for the issues of the authority of the Public Service Council, the unified policy of local development, the repetitive issues of state personnel, the results of the decisions of the Executive Office and the Public Service Council of the province, internal information, issues related to the conference of the Public Service Council of the province, to provide consultancy, assistance, and support to all stakeholders involved;
4. To implement the direction of the policy and objectives of the Public Service Council and the Executive Office of the province, to cooperate, implement, manage, and evaluate the activities of the district Public Service Council, to provide consultancy, assistance, and information in the direction of policy implementation, to provide evaluation, information;
5. To coordinate the activities of the local government organizations, to organize and implement information dissemination, to develop the provincial economic and human development, the plan of local government personnel, to conduct activities related to the conference of the Public Service Council of the province and the interaction with the Public Service Council of the province.
