The “Darkhan Taizh Hasar’s Certified Disaster Response Center Inspection Competition” is being held in Darkhan city for the second consecutive year under the auspices of the Governor’s Office of Darkhan-Uul Province.
The competition aims to raise awareness about disaster prevention, protection, and emergency response, focusing on preventing forest fires, reclaiming degraded lands, and protecting and conserving nature. In this competition, 87 Mongolian rangers from six regions including Khuvsgul, Orkhon, Darkhan, Selenge, Baganuur, and Buriad are participating. Last year, a total of 72 Mongolian rangers from six provinces participated.
Participants are divided into three age categories:
– Younger than 3 month to 1 year old
– 2 year old
– 3year old to older
The competition includes activities such as fire extinguishing and sales, as well as exhibitions of ranger equipment and supplies. ARTGER Boodog Boys is providing catering services for the event.
