Based on the IRIM survey, the “Government Online Accessibility Index-2021” survey has started with the aim to evaluate whether government services are easily accessible to citizens and the general public, to assess whether information approved by citizens, officials, and legal entities can be searched for and obtained, and to provide recommendations for improving the online accessibility of government agencies based on the results. The evaluation assesses whether government data necessary for online accessibility, as required by the “Law on Information Transparency and Right to Information” and the “Law on Electronic Signatures,” is readily available. This year, a total of 87 government agencies are participating in the initiative to establish official websites.
