DEPARTMENT HEAD MEETING NOTES

An urgent meeting with the Governor of Khongor sum, Atarkhishig, and the Head of the Emergency Department, Batbayar, under the Public Administration Management Department of the Provincial Governor’s Office, was held on June 8, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in the office of the head of the Public Administration Management Department.

ISSUES TO BE DISCUSSED BY THE MEETING:

1. Heads of departments and agencies shall present 7-day work reports, relevant urgent news and information, and present news and reports on the implementation of tasks given in the previous urgent meeting.

DUTIES ASSIGNED BY THE MEETING:

P. Bayarsaikhan, head of the provincial governor’s committee:

. At the meeting, the governor of the province will be presented with the public works, pressing issues and major measures to be taken.

Mayor of Orkhon Sum:

State registration services were provided to a total of 25 citizens during the reporting period.
As of June 8, 2006, 26.0 million MNT was collected from 35.4 million MNT and 73.5 percent of the total tax revenue.
As of June 07, a total of 9.5 million MNT was collected for land payment, and 3.2 million MNT was collected from the previous year’s payment.
Out of total 60.0 million MNT loan from Sum Development Fund, 40.0 million MNT loan agreement was signed with 3 business enterprises and 5 citizens.
In connection with the beginning of spring planting, 11 types of potatoes and vegetables were planted on 1089.9 ha in Sumy.
A team of 3 people came to conduct a performance review of the spending of the 2017 Local Development Fund in Sumy and evaluated the performance of the LDF.
The first phase of new children’s playgrounds to be built at 4 locations in Sumy with the funds of 26.7 million MNT from LDF has been installed and put into operation in Bayan-Yelziit Bagh village.
Within the framework of the “Bulletless Bullet” goal, 80 students of the 8th grade of the 8th secondary school, 80 students of the 6th to 12th grade, cleaned up 10 km of garbage along the road from Darkhan-Seleng highway to the center of Sum.
According to the order No. A/73 of the Governor of Sumy “On Conducting Semi-Annual Livestock Census”, a working group consisting of 8 people has been appointed to conduct a livestock census.

Mayor of Shary Gol Soum:

On May 29, 2018, the governor of Soum issued an order to organize the excavation and sacrifice of Darkhan Khairkhan mountain, convened a working group and gave instructions to the branch commission.
On 30.05.2018, the state commission to accept the construction of coded doors, roof repair, and animal fodder storage, made with the investment of the 2018 Local Development Fund of Sumy, worked.
On 31.05.2018, Member of the National Assembly of Mongolia D. Khayankhyarvaa, Provincial Governor S. Nasanbat and Governor of Sharyn Gol Sum D. Amarsanaa participated in the activity of “Buyant Valley Sharyn Gol” artisanal mining non-governmental organization operating in Sharyn Gol Sum. met on the spot. As of today, the non-governmental organization provides jobs to 120 citizens of Darkhan Sum, 20 of Hongor Sum, and more than 350 of Shar Golem Sum, and a total of 500 citizens of 70 brigades are provided with jobs and earn their own income.
