Ch. Enhbat, the head of the provincial governor’s office:

ØSince it will be Children’s Day soon, organizations will organize a work for the public, especially for children, on June 1, 2018. It is necessary to submit the proposals for this organizing work to the Governor’s Office next week. The order of the “Working Division” of the Governor of the province will be issued today. The working group is chaired by Ch. Enhbat, vice-chairman N. Tsaschiher, and secretary R. Batjargal, so they will include it in their action plan and ensure its implementation.
ØIn the framework of the province’s “Sustainable Livelihood 3 Project”, a meeting was organized with the province’s capacity building team, local project worker S. Bathishigh, representatives, the Governor of Sumy, and the governors of the teams to present the results of the 2016-2017 annual performance evaluation and in 2018. Support will be provided to districts in meeting performance evaluation indicators for the upcoming year. A consultation meeting on issues to be considered to improve the results of the Local Development Fund is being held in mid-May. Ulaanbaatar has received a direction to organize training in May within the framework of the “Sustainable Livelihood 3 Project”, so it is not possible to give them the direction in May, so the Governor of Sumy, the head of the Sumy Governor’s Office, and the team leaders need to pay attention to preparing their reports.
Ø On 05.07.2018, an official task to ensure the implementation of the legislation No. 1-04/03 is issued. In connection with this, the provincial Legal Department, the Governor’s Office, and the Police Department will send requests and notices to the AAN from time to time. The implementation of which organizations are performing within the scope of the duties issued by the governor will be presented at the executive meeting on June 29, 2018. That is why it is necessary to pay special attention to the implementation of the duties.

Deputy governor of the province T. Ganbold:

Ø Accreditation of alcoholic beverages and establishments serving alcoholic beverages is in accordance with the law.
ØTechnology innovation forum of the agricultural sector will be a trade fair or a national event. Preparations are underway under the responsibility of the Ministry of Education and Culture. It is necessary to ensure the participation of the people whose schedule has been delivered to Sumud.
ØThere are a total of 9 working groups under my supervision. Some of them have been going for more than 4 months. The work of these working groups will be intensified this month.
ØThere is a problem of compulsory treatment. People who cannot participate in the treatment will be organized through the government and NGOs to receive psychological treatment. There is a meeting with a large enterprise about providing jobs to people who have gone to forced treatment and those undergoing alcohol treatment, and to work with the State Registration Department to document these people.
