The Administration of Darkhan-Uul Province, Introduction of Decisions and Resolutions of the Authorities

The administration of Darkhan-Uul Province is implementing decisions and resolutions made by citizens, addressing complaints, suggestions, and requests in accordance with the Law on “Procedures for Resolving Citizens’ Appeals and Complaints to State Organizations, Issuing Decisions and Resolutions” adopted by the State Great Khural in 2005, Resolution No. 67 of 2005, Resolution No. 8 of 2007, and Decision No. 01-A/266 of 2018 of the Governor of the province, and other relevant laws, regulations, and legal acts, applying professional and managerial methods in its work and conducting evaluations and analyses in each quarter.

The administration of the province receives and addresses complaints and suggestions made by citizens through the following channels:

1. Through the offices of the provincial administration;
2. By calling the hotline 70371212 of the “General Service Center”;
3. By calling the hotline 70371313 of the “Citizen Service Center” of Darkhan City;
4. Through the website www.darkhan.gov.mn, Smartdarkhan online portal;
5. Through the “Citizen Reception Center” of the province and districts;
6. Through the “11-11 Center” of the State Government.

In 2022, the administration of Darkhan-Uul Province received 2363 complaints and suggestions and resolved 2242 complaints and suggestions, resolving 303 complaints and suggestions within the specified period. The resolution rate of complaints and suggestions reached 94.87%, with a total of 1877 requests, 90 suggestions, and 396 complaints resolved.

The Governor’s Office of the province received 81 complaints and suggestions and resolved 68 complaints and suggestions, resolving 13 complaints and suggestions within the specified period. The resolution rate of complaints and suggestions reached 83.95%. Information on complaints and suggestions is consolidated and forwarded to relevant authorities for consideration, and feedback on the resolution of complaints and suggestions is posted on the website www.darkhan.gov.mn

Furthermore, based on the Governor’s order, the “Citizen Hour” has been introduced as a regular event held once every two weeks, during which citizens’ opinions and requests are addressed through online, telephone, and in-person meetings. During the reporting period, the “Citizen Hour” was held three times, and 628 citizens’ opinions and requests were considered and addressed.
