In order to support the activities of citizens engaged in development, comprehensive measures will be implemented to provide assistance to those working in the field of transportation on the territory of development with a comprehensive support package under the “Program to Support Citizens Engaged in Development with Transportation Rights”.
The Department of Transport and Roads will select and verify the professional organizations to implement the comprehensive support package for citizens engaged in development with transportation rights according to the following criteria:
• Having carried out uninterrupted activities in the field for at least 3 years.
The comprehensive support package, which aims to provide assistance to citizens engaged in development with transportation rights, including enabling them to access transportation, providing professional training, conducting consultations, and developing the necessary skills for work in the workplace, will be implemented based on the project proposal submitted from October 28, 2021, to November 22, 2021.
If the implementing organization meets the following criteria, it will be eligible to apply:
• The organization must have the capacity to carry out work in collaboration with at least 2 related organizations.
• Each participant must have at least one skill relevant to the proposed activities, and the total skillset must meet all of the above criteria.
• The organization must have a valid registration, certification, or license for organizing training.
• The training program must comply with professional standards, including the qualification of the instructors.
• The training facility must meet the requirements of the training standards and have the necessary equipment and materials.
• The organization must have a valid contract for the provision of training services with the implementing organization.
• Information on the training provided in 2020, including the course title, content, and materials used, verified by photographs.
• Notarized copies of the lease agreement for the training premises (with a valid term) or the ownership certificate of the premises, if owned, and the notarized copy of the lease agreement (notarized by May of 2021) for the collateral.
• The application form for the instructors, their qualifications, diplomas, and certificates for relevant training.
• Compliance with the requirements of the comprehensive support package.
The implementing organizations will be responsible for compiling and submitting the required documents for each step. These include:
• Application for transportation rights issued by the Department of Transport and Roads
• Introduction of the organization
• Report on the activities carried out in the field for at least 3 years
• Approval of the organization’s state registration
• Certification of the organization’s registration for professional training (if applicable)
• Certification of the organization’s registration for training (if applicable)
• Evaluation report on the implementation of the training program by the professional training organization (Training and Methodology Center for Professional Education)
• The registration certificate of the implementing organization
• Application for implementing the comprehensive support package
