ANNOUNCEMENT OF GRIEVANCES AND SUGGESTIONS SUBMITTED TO THE ADMINISTRATION

The Darkhan-Uul aimag public administration is conducting evaluations and resolutions of grievances and suggestions submitted by citizens and residents in accordance with the Law on Resolving Grievances and Suggestions Submitted to Government Agencies and the Resolution of the State Great Khural No. 2005-67, the Order No. 8 of 2007, and the Order No. 2018-01-A/266 of the aimag governor, “Regulation on the Resolution of Grievances and Suggestions Submitted to the Darkhan-Uul Aimag Public Administration,” and other related laws and regulations.

The aim of this evaluation is to promptly address grievances and suggestions submitted by citizens to government agencies, taking into account the laws and regulations governing information transparency and the right to access information. This year, a total of 87 government agencies have established official channels for online accessibility.

Additionally, in line with the enactment of new legislation aimed at ensuring the right to access information, the draft “Public Information Law” is scheduled for discussion, which will further enhance the enforcement of this legislation.
